JR Suppes – President

JR is the Co-Founder and President of DriveMind. He brings a very unique skill-set as a former school administrator (superintendent level) and a strong entrepreneurial mindset in that he has successfully created and managed several businesses, supporting numerous organizations. He was affectionately known as the “Clicker Guy” throughout the country as he was instrumental in introducing and deploying student response units in hundreds of schools, improving formative assessment in the classroom. This is when JR and Jim met, in the early 90’s, and have since stayed together.

JR is a husband and proud father of three children. He is an extremely successful coach and is still coaching high school football at his local district.

As President of DriveMind, JR is dedicated to leading and scouring the market to bring fresh, innovative, and effective solutions to all organizations that may benefit from their implementation.

Jim Bostic – VP of Operations

Jim and JR started DriveMind together in 2016. He served in the education field for over 30 years in numerous capacities…teacher, principal, curriculum director, and superintendent. His journey allowed him to work at all levels of the system - elementary, middle school, high school and adult education, as well as in traditional school systems and the charter school environment. His favorite was the middle school students. He has a passion for trades education and the need our country has for tradesmen and women.

Jim is a husband and dedicated father of eight children. He has a passion for high school wrestling and is deeply involved in the local and national wrestling communities.

As VP of Operations, Jim is extremely proud of the product line that DriveMind has compiled, helping many different industries.

Lindsey Blackburn – VP of Training and Development

Lindsey comes to DriveMind with nearly two decades of experience in educational settings.

She began her career as a high school teacher. She then transitioned to helping public schools as a school improvement specialist at a non-profit organization and then continued this work through her own LLC which she has operated since 2015.
It was serendipitous when she joined the DriveMind team because three of her passions merged - helping schools, the entrepreneurial spirit, and health/wellness.

Lindsey is a devoted mother of three.

As VP of Training & Development, Lindsey exudes knowledge of and enthusiasm for DriveMind’s mission of fostering safer and healthier schools and communities.
