  • It depends.

Each customer and facility is different!

Most of our offerings can be installed by a maintenance or facilities person that you already on staff. For each product, directions are provided and further guidance is available as needed. The DriveMind staff can answer most questions, but we also have direct support from each manufacturer.

In the case that a facility does not have access to a qualified individual, DriveMind is happy to coordinate. Additional fees may apply.

  • Good question!

We rep about 20 distinct offerings and each is unique so there is not a perfect answer.

Here are a variety of questions that DriveMind reflects on when selecting products to rep.

    · Does this product solve a need in the current marketplace?

    · Does this product fit into our areas of expertise (safety and security, green cleaning and sustainability, and/or educational engagement)?

    · Would we want this product in our own schools, business, or community?

    · How strong is our relationship with the manufacturer to ensure a secure partnership?
